Report a study-content issue
Use the report action from the question detail view whenever possible. RankUp attaches the exact immutable question version to the report so editors can review the prompt, answer, explanation, and cited source.
Billing and subscription help
For checkout, invoices, cancellation, payment methods, or plan changes, open the billing portal from your account. If the displayed entitlement does not match the portal, contact support without sending payment-card details.
Privacy, safety, and urgent matters
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, DoD IDs, SSNs, medical information, personnel records, classified information, or controlled operational details. RankUp does not provide emergency, operational, medical, legal, or personnel advice; use the appropriate official channel for urgent matters.
